After graduation from his study he gained 6 years of experience in project management of system & hardware development at Sagem. He is an expert in developing digital and analog electronics and is a member of the Austrian technical committee OVE EMV4. He has EMC knowledge in commercial, automotive and industrial applications and offers EMC design and system solutions for a broad spread field of customers.

Gregor O. Novak founded Bluetechnix. He received a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and a doctoral degree in technical sciences both from the Vienna University of Technology in Austria in the years 1997 and 2002, respectively as well as a Master's degree in engineering management in 2001 from Oakland University in USA.

Roland is authorized to sign official accredited ISO17025 EMC proof reports, supervise and do measurements by himself. He gained over the last 10 years expert knowhow in system architecture, digital and analog circuit design, real-time operating systems and project management.

After the technical high school in Bolzano, he started studying electrical and computer engineering at the University of Technology in Vienna. He has finished his master thesis in 2007 which was published as IEEE journal paper "A Real-Time Image Recognition System for Tiny Autonomous Mobile Robots”. Since July 2005 he is working for Bluetechnix and gained over the last 10 years expert knowhow in system architecture, digital and analog circuit design, real-time operating systems and project management.

Thomas Maier was born 1981 in St.Veit / Austria. After completing the institution of higher education (HTL) at Klagenfurt in the area of telecommunications and electronics he started studying at the Vienna University of Technology. In 2003 he joined the Tinyphoon development team. Other projects and research include biomedical systems like an ECG Amplifier (B-SENS Project) and embedded systems in space and power restricted environments. He participated in a project at Analog Devices Inc. by evaluating and improving next generation advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) especially a Blackfin based embedded traffic sign recognition system. Since 2008 he is employed at Bluetechnix, first he joined the Blackfin Software development team and since 2012 he´s working for the sales team as business developer.
